Vitamin C with Zinc
Vitamin C is found naturally in citrus fruits, chillies, tomatoes, green vegetables. Zinc can be found in meat, shellfish, legumes such as chickpeas, lentils and beans as well as seeds, nuts, dairy, eggs and whole grains.
